Anthony Martin‘s Conversations at the Threshold was a semifinalist in this year’s Black Lawrence Press Spring 2014 Black River Chapbook Competition. You have to follow this writer, with new work in CheapPOP, Whiskey Paper, and Mojave River Review.
John G. Rodwan, Jr. is always writing. His most recent book of essays, Holidays and Other Disasters, was published in 2013, and he has a great, great essay in The Detroit Anthology, published earlier this year. The Detroit Anthology is just an amazing book. Something to read cover to cover. And John’s in there, too. 🙂
